We are looking for a Junior Front End Developer who has the ability to think both logically and creatively but still puts the customer at the heart of everything. With some really exciting projects to get your teeth sunk into this role will be based around assisting our Senior Full stack developer.  Your inquisitive, problem-solving mindset comes complete with plenty of common sense and a solid understanding of best practices.

You will be expected to be able to work efficiently in a team as well as being able to handle your own personal workflow.

Skills & Experience

 

Required

• Strong Javascript knowledge
• Good working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap
• UI / UX design experience
• Experience of using Laravel 6/7/8 PHP framework
• Understanding of REST API’s and working with databases

 

Desirable

• VueJS
• Creating / maintaining WordPress websites
• Adobe Photoshop for content creation
• Managing hosted web services

 

The ability to own projects and make sure they are delivered on time and to a high standard

Good time management and communication skills

A solid understanding of W3C Web Accessibility Guidelines and best practices

Minimum Experience

1+ years experience in front end development

Proven ability to produce high-quality bulletproof code

A demonstrable ability to implement web best practices
